your nth
Rewards account and go to the dashboard page to check your
reward
points accrued through different banking channels.
For any issues
during
login, please try these simple steps-
- i) Check if you are using the right login credentials
- ii) Refresh the webpage and check the URL if it is correct or not.
- iii) Make sure that your internet connection is working.
Enter the mobile
number
on the login page and click on the Send an OTP to Verify
link. You
will receive an OTP on my mobile number which you will enter
to log
in to the account.
Login to your
account
and click on the Change Password tab under My Dashboard
section to
change the password. Enter the new password, confirm it
again, and
click on Update.
You earn reward
points
for all eligible banking activities done using your bank
accounts
associated with nth Rewards.
Redemption
Redeeming is
easy! You
can redeem your points for a wide range of products across
several
categories and gift cards/e-vouchers for many brands.
Additionally,
you can redeem points on mobile/DTH Recharge and
flight/hotel
bookings.
Yes, you can pay
using
nth points and make the remaining payment through net
banking,
debit/credit card, or wallet for the redemption of any
rewards on
the website.
Yes, all the
points
earned through transactions with different bank accounts
have expiry
dates. Redeem them before they expire!
In case of any
failed or
incomplete transaction, the points redeemed will be refunded
to your
nth Rewards Account within 3-5 working days.
Please note that
once
the order is placed on nth Rewards, the rewards are not
exchangeable, replaceable, transferable, or refundable for
cash or
points.
Product Catalogue
Once the order
is
successfully confirmed, your product will be delivered
within 3- 21 working days depending on the location of the
delivery
address.
Yes, you can
change the
delivery address by speaking with our customer care team.
This is
possible only when you request the address change on the
same
business day on which the order has been placed.
We do not accept
the
request for cancellation or modification once the order gets
placed.
Yes, delivery
charges
may vary from one product to other and it will be mentioned
in the
Order and Payment Summary.
Gift Vouchers
Yes, you can buy
E-Voucher for yourself. Enter your Name, Email address &
Mobile
Number on Recipient Details and proceed with the payment.
You will
get the voucher details in your email address.
No, you will
receive
only E-Voucher details on your email address once the order
gets
placed.
Select the
desired gift
card and enter the recipient details to whom you want to
send. Place
the order and the gift card details will be sent to the
recipient’s
email ID.
Though the
validity of
the gift card may differ from brand to brand, most of them
have the
validity of one year. Please read the Terms and Conditions
properly
before purchase.
No, the
information you
provided during purchase is final and it cannot be modified.
Mobile/DTH Recharge
Yes, nth Rewards
allow
customers to recharge their postpaid/prepaid mobile number,
and DTH
connection using points, card payment, or combination of
both.
Once the
recharge is
done, you will get a confirmation message on your mobile
number from
the operator. In case you don’t receive any message, feel
free to
contact our customer care team!
The recharge
request is taken based on the mobile number entered by you.
The operator and region will be automatically detected using
your number. If you select the wrong operator, a recharge
request will be invalid.
A request will
be
invalid due to the following reasons
- - when you enter a non-existing mobile number
- - when you choose the outdated recharge plan
- - when the mobile number and operator don’t match
